LIFESTYLE MEDICINE • PRIMARY CARE
Shane Wilburn, PA-C, Founder
Physician Associate
My approach to healthcare begins with listening. Every patient brings a different story, different concerns, and different goals.
I look beyond individual symptoms to understand the whole person and what may be affecting their health and quality of life.
Together, we develop a personalized, evidence-based plan designed to help each patient feel informed, supported, and confident moving forward.
Experience That Shapes My Approach
My path into medicine has always been centered on service. Over the past decade, I’ve cared for patients in both military and civilian settings, including serving as a Coast Guard medical officer overseas and at home.
Today, I continue serving as a Coast Guard Reservist while practicing primary care throughout the Lowcountry. Those experiences have reinforced the importance of steady, compassionate care through every stage of life.
They have also shaped my belief that effective healthcare is about more than treating illness. It begins with building relationships, understanding the whole person, and helping patients make meaningful improvements to their health over time.
